PMS, PCOS & Other Menstrual Disorders

Chinese Medicine views PMS and other menstrual disorders as signs of imbalance in the body…

.…often related to Liver Qi stagnation, Blood deficiency, or Cold in the Uterus. Instead of simply addressing symptoms, TCM focuses on restoring harmony by regulating Qi, Blood, Yin, and Yang.


Acupuncture – Balances hormones, relieves cramps, reduces mood swings, and promotes smooth Liver Qi flow, which is essential for pain-free menstruation. Key acupuncture points, such as LV3 (Taichong) and SP6 (Sanyinjiao), help regulate the cycle and ease PMS symptoms.
